We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from kickoff through final walkthrough. You will be responsible for coordinating crews and subcontractors, managing timelines and budgets, communicating with clients, and making sure every job is completed to our standards — which are high.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial building processes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Clear communicator who can handle clients, crews, and subcontractors without drama
- Familiarity with Illinois building codes and permitting processes is a plus
