The Mulligan project was a full custom home build on a vacant lot in a residential neighborhood on Pawnee’s east side. The clients came to us with a set of architectural plans and a clear idea of what they wanted — a well-built, four-bedroom home with an attached garage and a finished basement. No unusual requests, no scope creep, no drama. We broke ground in early spring and delivered a completed home seven months later. Framing, mechanicals, and all finish work were handled by our crews. The basement included a custom built-in bookcase and wet bar completed by our millwork team. The project came in on budget and was handed over two weeks ahead of the original schedule.
